We caught up with Erenti to get a sneak peek into what inspired him and what makes this collection truly special.

For Erenti, fashion wasn’t just a career choice—it was destiny. Growing up, Osborne’s style was heavily influenced by his surroundings, particularly his aunt, who owned a boutique in Antoni Village, Lagos, and his father, who was always impeccably dressed in suits from T.M. Lewin and Hawes & Curtis. “The way I used to wear clothes was different,” he reflects. “I’m a very stylish man, and the way I styled things, people always wanted what I had on. That’s when I knew fashion was my calling,” he adds, noting how his unique approach to fashion quickly caught the attention of those around him.

This early exposure to fashion not only shaped his personal style but also ignited a passion that would eventually lead him to create Erenti, a brand known for its innovation and commitment to crafting fresh, vibrant designs. Steadfast meaning: means being firm, unwavering, and resolute in purpose, belief, or loyalty. Someone who is steadfast remains committed and dependable, even in the face of difficulties or challenges. The term conveys a sense of reliability and strong, unwavering determination.

Dream Collaborations: Icons of Influence

When it comes to dream collaborations, Erenti looks to two late designers for inspiration. I asked Osborne to choose his dream collaborations would be, dead or alive; “I would love to collaborate with a cross between the late designers Virgil Abloh and Mauricio Gucci,” he reveals. Virgil Abloh’s philosophy of “less is more” aligns perfectly with this designer’s own design principles, while Mauricio Gucci’s mastery of well-tailored outfits speaks to the direction Erenti is heading. “As I’ve been growing up, I’ve been maturing as a designer,” he reflects, hinting at the evolution of his brand and the exciting path ahead.
